Glenn Stevenson Our team is led by Glenn Stevenson, who was admitted as a solicitor in 1983. Glenn obtained his law degree from the University of Manchester in 1979 and became a partner in a Cambridgeshire firm when he was 28. Although originally from Norfolk, Glenn initially set up Stevensons Solicitors in 1991 in Cambridgeshire when he was 33. In 2005, he returned to his local roots and moved the firm to its current location. Glenn specialises in all types of Landlord and Tenant law and has a particular interest in lease extensions and enfranchisements as well as acquisitions and disposals (including blocks of flats). He has been a member of ALEP (Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners) for many years. Glenn also deals with professional negligence claims and building and construction disputes. Andrea Haynes Andrea has worked in law since she was fourteen. She joined the firm at its inception in 1991 and moved to Norfolk when the firm relocated. Andrea qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2004 and specialises in flat extensions and enfranchisements, acquisitions, and disposals (including blocks of flats) as well as residential and commercial conveyancing. Hannah Payne Hannah started working at a local law firm in 2005 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2013. She also completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at De Montfort University in 2013 and went on to study the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in Cambridge, qualifying as a solicitor in 2015. Hannah joined Stevensons Solicitors in 2017 and shortly thereafter was awarded an MA (LPC with Business). Hannah has experience in general litigation, residential and commercial conveyancing, lease extensions and enfranchisements. Roma Vedamuttu Roma started in the legal industry in 2017, working in two Sri Lankan law firms. She has an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London which she obtained in Sri Lanka in addition to an LLM from the University of Law, London. Roma is now a trainee solicitor and is supporting Glenn Stevenson in both his litigious and non-litigious matters. |
